We were curious to try vida, because we had never died there. the restaurant was nice, but we were the only people there. they were from the most important cures we wanted to order, tilapia and filet. we decided to have wein and a starter who were very good. our experience was disappointing and will not try again.
The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, but the service left much to be desired. Although our server was friendly, there seemed to be a disconnect among the staff. When the food arrived, one dish had melted cheese on top, which should not have been the case, and another nearby dish was missing entirely. When we pointed this out, the server who brought our food merely replied, “Yes, I saw that on the ticket” with a blank expression, adding, “I will make sure that the missing item is taken off their bill.” I usually don’t expect compensation for poor service, so that was a pleasant surprise. The food itself was just okay, and when the bill arrived, there was nothing noteworthy about it. We paid and left, but we won’t be coming back.
