Today, the service at the restaurant was excellent. The drinks and food were brought to our table quickly. The quality of the food was average. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries along with a lime soda. The portion size was larger than expected, but the taste was not impressive. Next time, I may try the chicken salad or chicken sandwich to avoid the mediocre food quality at this restaurant. View all feedback.
Do not order the chicken sandwich! I repeat, don't order the chicken sandwich! floor, soggy, compressed huh. the mcchicken looks like gourmet food. I came through about three bites and complained, waitress said I liked it paid seven mice to have an angry one. the people next to me had the burger and the pizza, didn't look so great, but probably it would have been better.
Eat before you get to the airport. There are few options except bar food or worse. At least he airport is small so it's not a challenge to get a coffee quickly while you wait to board.
I am trying really, really hard to find something good to say about The Hanger in Omaha Eppley airport. I guess the silverware and drinking glass was clean? First, the service. Slow, inattentive, disorganized. I ordered a burger and water, and after the bill arrived, I didn't see my waitress for another 45 minutes. They weren't busy, maybe 3/4s full, with four servers, including the bartender. I finally had to go to the bar to pay, whereupon i was told to wait a moment while the bartender wandered off to a table in the bar area. 45 minutes without any service. Let that sink in. Frankly, the service issues are an abject failure of management. I noticed the servers didn't bring out meals one table at a time. They waited for multiple tables to be ready, then took the meals out. This is an absurd practice that just slows the process down for everyone. Management needs some help because they don't know what they're doing. All of this would be ok if the food was acceptable. It wasn't. A simple cheeseburger and fries. The fries were what you'd make out of a prepared frozen French fry bag from a grocery store. The burger had a soggy bottom bun, likely because it sat there waiting for another table to be ready before being brought out. Pretty, pretty, pretty bad. Try the place inside the terminal. It may be more fast-foody, but at least the food is less expensive and prepared one meal at a time.
Worst possible service. Wings took 30 minutes and it was not crowded. Can't imagine what was going on with this place other than a complete lack of competence. Don't bother here
First off Hanger should be Hangar. Oh well. This place closes at 7:00 pm. That's a little early and they weren't too nice telling us so. I doubt I will go back next week to find out if it's any good.
