The service at this restaurant has improved overall recently (it was bad about a year ago), but tonight while my family and I were sitting in the lobby enjoying... read more The service at this restaurant has improved overall recently (it was bad about a year ago), but tonight while my family and I were sitting in the lobby enjoying our ice cream, a group of young girls entered. One of them must work here because she went behind the counter to make her own parfait. I found this to be odd, somewhat unhygienic, and likely in violation of food safety regulations (long hair, no hand washing, etc). In my past few visits, we've had better experiences, but it seems like there are still some issues that need to be addressed.
