Taxi's Grille - Omaha

I had a reservation, and the server was understandably trying to expedite our brunch to turn the table. The food was lukewarm and tasted decent, but it didn’t compare to my usual dinner visits. The waitress was attentive; however, she almost cleared my plate while I still had my fork in one hand and the syrup dispenser in the other. She was pleasant overall, though.

We decided to try a new restaurant last night and went to Taxi's. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I'm really glad we made a reservation because the restaurant was full. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is that the noise level was quite high. Overall, I definitely recommend giving it a shot!

The food was good, but it was quite pricey. We searched for nearby dining options and ended up here with our kids. While the food was enjoyable, it didn’t feel like a family-friendly spot. It had a more upscale vibe that wasn't quite right for us after our visit to the zoo.

I have to admit, I came in just to try the blue cheese soup, and it did not disappoint—it was delicious! The menu is small, but there are several items that I look forward to trying on my next visit. I was pleasantly surprised by how upscale the grill and bar is, and the service was excellent. I definitely plan to return for more!

Really good food especially the French toast made from baguettes. I was a little disappointed with the eggs Benedict hollandaise because the flavor of the hollandaise was very light especially for the chipotle hollandaise. Wasn't bland however, just a light flavor when I expected more blast from the chipotle.
