The manager, Vinnie, seemed unprofessional and didn't even bother to change out of his sweaty club outfit. He didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and mentioned that I needed to request it, as they don't impose anything on customers. He then claimed that with veggies, the sandwich would be mushy. When I asked him to make another sandwich, he started swearing, which prompted me to leave. I noticed another customer had left angrily just before me. Vinnie's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and he was mumbling throughout our interaction. He refused to provide his supervisor's phone number. I ended up complaining to headquarters about the situation!

I have to say, Jaime is by far the best employee there. When I asked for her opinion on a specialty sandwich, she was honest and helpful, which led me to order what she recommended. It turned out to be fantastic! You really need more people like Jaime—she was polite, informative, and genuinely helpful. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back.

I ordered online, and every single item was wrong—not only did they not adhere to my modifications, but several items were also missing altogether. This is the second consecutive time I've had issues with this location, and nothing was prepared correctly. When I went back to return the order, the staff member refused to help me. It's Subway, so I don't expect high-end service, but the employees should at least know how to prepare the menu items and understand the basics, like adding avocado when it's clearly requested. This should be straightforward. I suggest you go to the Penn Station at 168th and Center or any of the other nearby Subway locations instead.

I even found myself waiting and attempting to demonstrate how to roll one. If you’re in search of a decent sub, I suggest avoiding this place. Lol!
