At least answer the phone to be able to address issues. Also looked lost when I came in topick it up. Told them my last name and all they showed was my first name last initial and instead of asking my first name Ikept repeating my last name assuming that's what the order would show them. They struggled with me giving them my last name andputting the correct initial to realize it was me

It's infuriating to pay so much for a sandwich and it's never made correctly. I usually attempt to call after placing my order toensure it's made correctly but no one ever picks up the phone.
