Was Anonym at Subway a mag?
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times in recent years, and it’s my favorite Subway in town. They consistently serve fresh vegetables, and the bread always tastes fantastic. I don’t typically write reviews, but I love this place so much that I felt the need to share my positive experience. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
I’m a fan of Subway, which is why I gave it three stars. However, the young woman working there that day made me deduct two stars. I arrived at 9:30, even though the store had opened at 9, and there was no one inside. I waited 15 minutes until she showed up carrying a shopping bag. The waitress was extremely impolite. While conversing with a friend, she rudely interrupted by asking if there was an issue. When I reassured her there wasn't, she continued to be confrontational, accusing me of speaking to someone else. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional for a customer service setting.

They refused to accept my coupon, claiming it was not in their register.

I had a meatball sub and it was good, little soggy but what can you expect?

I really enjoy Subway, which is why I gave it three stars. However, the young lady working there on this particular day is the reason for the two stars I deducted. I arrived at 9:30, right after the store opened at 9, and there was no one in the restaurant. I waited for 15 minutes, and finally, the young lady came in with a shopping bag (this Subway is located inside a Walmart). Once she noticed me, she started preparing my order and my kids' orders. Unfortunately, nothing was stocked, so she had to keep going back to restock while making the sandwiches. By this time, there were people waiting behind me. I’m not sure why she decided to go shopping instead of preparing the store before opening, especially since there was no one there when I arrived. It seems likely she opened the store at 9 and then left. This reflects very poorly on her business management, and I believe it needs to be addressed.

I had to request that a table be cleaned, even though the restaurant was completely empty at 1:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. The staff member cleaned just one table and then went back behind the counter, despite every table needing attention. When I received my sandwich, it only had meat and cheese because all the lettuce was brown. If I can't trust the lettuce, I won't trust the rest of the food either. I watched them prepare sandwiches for a takeout order, using the same brown lettuce. Additionally, while making my sandwich, the employee paused to walk to the register, grabbed a receipt, handed it to another staff member who had just started their shift, and then continued making my sandwich using the same gloves that had just touched other items. The service was extremely poor. Normally, I wouldn’t choose to eat at a Subway inside a Walmart, but since my car was being serviced, my options were limited.
