Unfortunately, the s... read more I used to work at this Subway, along with several others in Omaha, Nebraska, where providing excellent customer service was our main focus. Unfortunately, the service at this location is terrible. The woman who helped us was incredibly rude. I live close by and usually love Subway, but I won't be coming back to this location. I'm very disappointed, especially after spending over $28 on just one footlong and a six-inch sub. Come on, Subway—being a global franchise means you should have employees who are eager to be there and know how to treat customers properly. This has left a very poor impression.
