Now, it's cleanliness lacks, always a sign on the door saying no fountain drinks or whatever else they don't have. It's unfortunate the staff they once had, is gone as well. Current staff not very friendly, unkept and not professional. Long hair, even on the guys, is hanging in their face while making sandwiches. When ordering the same thing Iam charged different prices each time. It's like this franchise owner doesn't even care anymore. Busy busy location too.

Now, it's cleanliness lacks, always a sign on the door saying no fountain drinks or whatever else they don't have. It's unfortunate the staff they once had, is gone as well. Ordered on the app. Picked up my sandwich and had to come back because they used the wrong meat. No big deal, wasn 't upset about it until the day manager lady... read more Ordered on the app. Picked up my sandwich and had to come back because they used the wrong meat. No big deal, wasn 't upset about it until the day manager lady got rude about remaking it and kept talking under her breath and giving me dirty looks. Then shetold the super nice young man making my sandwich you make sure he gives you back the first sandwich as rudely as possible. That woman shouldn 't be around customers, she is rude. And she was the one who made the sandwich wrong in the first place. Wasted my time and super rude. Never going back.

Half of the meatballs on my sub... read more I used to work at this subway and I almost feel bad even leaving a review like this because the 3 on shift were so sweet to us. Half of the meatballs on my sub were so burnt they were literally crunchy. It was horrible. The store was out of the bread that I originally wanted. I picked another one and they were out of the cheese that I wanted. You can really tell that the employees working tonight although very sweet do not get the training that they are needing. With all of that being said, Nate was great, as were the 2 ladies that were working along side him (I'm not sure what their names were but one of them were new). It really sucks to spend that much money on food and not have something decent to eat at the end of it.
