When we walked in, the employee on d... read more On Sunday, June 19th, my sister and I arrived at the Subway in Ralston just 10 minutes before closing, unaware of the time. When we walked in, the employee on duty threw her gloves across the counter and loudly said, "10 minutes before close." To avoid any trouble, we chose to leave. I usually avoid entering restaurants right before closing out of respect for the staff, but I think the employee could have handled the situation in a much more professional manner. It made us feel quite uncomfortable and cast a negative light on their customer service. We won’t be going back.

I went back to the drive-thru, but again, no one took my order. Frustrated, I ultimately decided to leave. There was also no sign indicating that the drive-thru was closed.
