Subway - Omaha

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service and food preparation quality at your restaurant, especially during such a busy time. I've visited several other Subway locations nearby and didn't have the best experiences, so I truly appreciate the efforts of the management and team here. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

We ordered three 6-inch sandwiches, and they were ready just a minute after we arrived at the window. They were delicious, with fresh bread and crisp vegetables. The only slightly odd thing was that the drive-thru window was located just around the corner from the menu/communication kiosk at the back of the building. If you're using the drive-thru, you'll need to pull forward and make a loop around to avoid hitting the side of the building when turning.

Subway is an excellent choice for anyone seeking quick and affordable fresh food. The location on 72nd Street is clean, spacious, and provides plenty of parking. For those in a hurry, they also have a drive-thru. Additionally, this site features Goodrich Ice Cream, and it’s never too crowded during lunch hours.

A new employee was working but they did great on our order especially with an influx of customers coming in.

As for the vegetable portions, they were below average compared to what I've experienced at other locations. On a positive note, the store itself was clean and met the typical standards of a Subway. However, based on this experience, I am inclined to pass on this location in favor of seeking out a better one in the future.
