The young man who made my sandwich was extremely polite, and the place was spotless. Keep up the great work, everyone!

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night at 8:34 PM, and I was surprised to find that two young African American men working there told me they were closed... read more I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night at 8:34 PM, and I was surprised to find that two young African American men working there told me they were closed, even though the lights were on and the door was open. I checked online, and it said they were supposed to close at 9 PM. Later, I called to verify their operating hours, but the response I received was quite unprofessional. I cannot recommend dining here for your safety. Since everything is recorded in the store, I intend to report this experience to corporate.

I shouldn't have been surprised... read more The most unenthusiastic employee I've ever encountered. "Droopy Dog" sounds energetic compared to the staff member I dealt with. I shouldn't have been surprised when I ordered a chicken rotisserie sandwich and received plain chicken strips instead. After driving all the way home with my meal, I called to discuss the issue and was told by a different employee that they would inform the drive-thru worker about it. At no point was I offered any kind of solution for the incorrect order. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here; choose another place instead.

Subway has affordable prices, so adding a little extra isn't a big deal, and it really makes a difference to the people who prepare your food.
