At some point, they messed up our food. When I went to pay, I apologized and asked if I could add 2 extra dishes to the order. The server told me no, as they had too many people to attend to at that moment. I've never had someone tell me I can't order more before. Completely fed with this place. they can never get fresh swirl rings, cheese sticks or picks! it is clear that these objects are precooked and are sitting under a heating lamp. ordering are always missing items and the customer service is terrible! update: I gave this place a try for my daughter about two months ago. the experience was great thanks to a worker named morgan. my daughter loves sonic and I keep there 3-4 times a week for her because morgan never disappointed! she is friendly, accurate and delivers a great customer experience every time. Even if I use doordash I only use it when she works and she ensures that eating is right and fresh. thank you! we really appreciate it. morgan gets shae

My kids and I stopped by for ice cream after leaving the movies tonight. We ordered 3 ice creams and only got 2 spoons. I pressed the button to ask for another spoon and the kid taking orders had an attitude and didn't want to bring me a spoon without a receipt which I never got. So I got out and walked in to ask for a spoon. The kid came from the back yelling at me to get out of the building. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully another employee gave me a spoon. I will never return to this location and I'll probably be calling management.
The crew on January 19th around 915pm is a bunch of chumps hanging up on people before even answering the button. It happened twice as we were waiting on my friends Strawberry cheesecake shake, which she never got. We didn’t pay for it yet, however when we pressed in to check up on the item, they hung up on us. I get maybe it was an accident but we pressed the button again and waited 5 minutes with no answer! There was no one else in the stalls, and the drive through was empty. If your team cannot communicate with us as customers then we will stop going.
Placed a large order at a stall. Order came, we left and when we got home a few items were missing along with the receipt. Called them and was informed without a receipt they could not replace the items. This is not the first time that had problems with the Maple Street location. Won't be going back.
