The employees that worked there on 7/29/23, were the rudest people I have ever met. Especially the fat blonde lady that was in the door way scanning tickets. I went up to the guy that was next to her putting the bracelets on, letting him know that there was a drunk aggressive girl physically grabbing people by the throat and pulling them back to get up to the bar. Cool venue, big variety of seating. I saw a Sunday night comedy show, so maybe not the most representative night. The bar is pretty basic, they carry a decent selection of beer including Athletic N/A beer.
If I could give 0 stars I would . Ann H. singled my group out for using menus to cool down (durning reggaeton night. . I Mentioned that I would be writing a google review and she said nothing but racial slurs and laughed while threatening to call the police….we waited for them to show up but never saw a responding officer. Would love for a MANGER to reach out via email.
This is hands down one of the best venues in the Midwest. They have great bar staff and a huge venue in downtown Omaha. They have the coolest shows and the best sound and space.
One of the best music venues in Omaha. Best of all, most of the shows DO NOT use Ticketmaster!
