Scooter's Coffeehouse - Omaha

I thought I?d try something new so I ordered one of their waffle breakfast sandwiches but when I opened the bag, and I wish I was exaggerating, it looked like it was thrown against a wall; it was in pieces! I took it back to the drive-thru and showed the server, and all he did was shrug his shoulders and say ?I mean it?s not perfect?. What a sad start to the day.

Despite experiencing Wi-Fi issues during my visit (I ended up using my hotspot to work), the staff were incredibly kind and generously refilled my water bottle after I finished all my drinks. Sometimes, all a place needs is a friendly atmosphere, even when things don’t go as planned. I really enjoyed my time at this location.

I ordered a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. The barista didn't seem to know what a macchiato was, so I told her to just make a coffee drink with whole milk instead. She mentioned that they couldn't add an extra shot of espresso, so I shrugged it off. Another staff member ended up making my drink, but it turned out to be just milk and flavoring! When I asked her if there was any coffee in it, she realized her mistake and said, "Oops! I forgot! I'll remake it." It was clear from just looking at the drink that something was off.

I spent almost $7 on a drink that was only filled halfway and tasted terrible. This is very disappointing. I won't be returning to this Scooters again.

This coffee looks really disgusting and it looks like everything just sank to the bottom everything just floating on top I asked for a vanilla blended and when I get my scooter's somewhere else they do it perfect. This 1 looks like all I can see is FOAM on top everything black at the bottom it just stays really bland and flat AND does not set well. Better off going to the other scooters couple blocks away from this one. The staff was very welcoming though.
