Saltgrass Steak House Omaha

They do not honor reservations. We were not seated until 1/2 hour past our reservation time. I was dismissed by the head waitress,hostess,manager (whatever she was). She did not have time nor was my complaint even listened to. Yes they were busy but if you are going to take reservations you need to honor them. The food was great and the service was great. But the way we were treated upon arrival ruined my evening. The last time we were there was the same as tonight. It doesn’t matter if you have a reservation. First come, first serve.

Eating was excellent. bar was busy, but we wanted us to see the game. that probably won't be back. bartender was very busy and he was also our server. too busy for a person to handle. not his fault, but will be sitting in the es tab.

Henry gave wonderful service for such a busy night! Filet and Salmon were excellent.

Overall, Saltgrass was a great experience and will come again in the future. The waitress was very attentive and friendly and the food was tasty.

The service was terrible. it took 10 minutes for everyone to get us and then an hour to get our food. eating was expensive in consideration of quality was simply ok. definitiw not back
