I ordered a meal kit, specifically the number four, but instead of billing me for the entire kit, they charged me separately for each item, which turned out to... read more I ordered a meal kit, specifically the number four, but instead of billing me for the entire kit, they charged me separately for each item, which turned out to be more expensive. This feels quite deceptive. When I mentioned that they had forgotten to include a fry, which is part of the meal kit, they only charged me for the hamburger, drink, and onion rings. It was obvious that I ordered the number four with two large onion rings, so it shouldn’t have been difficult to get it right. I'm really disappointed with this Runza location. This experience only reinforces why I haven’t returned much since a similar issue I had five years ago in Wahoo. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; they are rude, overcharge customers, and make you feel awkward for trying to address mistakes at the drive-thru.

On several hot summer evenings, our family has savored Runzas and milkshakes while the kids played on the outdoor equipment. Their signature Runza sandwiches are fun and unique, combining hamburger, cabbage, and special spices all baked into a bun. Additionally, their burgers and onion rings offer exceptional quality at a great price for fast food. I've been coming to this place for nearly ten years, and the customer service has always been outstanding! Thank you, Runza, for all the wonderful memories!
