The shakes used to be good. They got rid of the classic Mocha, and the new shakes have a very artificial color, and taste like playdough. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The food here is outstanding, especially for a fast-food restaurant. I particularly enjoy their smothered chicken sandwich, while my husband really loves the mushroom Swiss burger.
In my recent visits, I've noticed that the Runza sandwich has been falling apart, making it feel more like a hoagie since the dough isn't holding the ingredients together effectively. While it still tastes amazing, it's messy enough that you might want to use a plate. It's not the most convenient choice for eating on the go, but the flavor remains excellent!
