My experiences have been mixed so far with this restaurant, especially when it comes to the service, but today I was very disappointed. While the service was quick, the food quality was lacking. My chicken was undercooked and I had to order two ranch dressings to get a full portion. Always slow in the drive through. The food is OK, definitely beats McDonald's in terms of quality just not my favorite
I don't know what it is with runza and how all of them have forgotten how to make a strawberry shake. It's not 14 lb of strawberry syrup lightly mixed into vanilla ice cream please look at your processes on this it's been consistently horrible.
I was visiting from Michigan and of course didn't know what a Runza was. Very delicious and filling. Mine had meat and cabbage. Onion rings were tasty too. Everything was served hot.
I have been coming to this Runza location since I was a kid and I absolutely adore this place. The service is fantastic and quick. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The interior is also very clean.
The restaurant offers clean and efficient service. The chili is delicious and back on the menu. The cinnamon roll now comes in a new packaging.
