Qdoba Mexican Eats - Omaha

The first time in qdoba. I ordered my food without drowning and half brown half white rice. I got my order by doorbell with extra buzz and only white rice. I can't stand a buzz, so I didn't ask a buzz. very frustrating, as I have to sort the beans out of my food and the garnels have no taste.

Very weird. We were only able to sit at a booth because they had to mop the floor while we at. If it was close to closing I would get it but it was almost 3 hours to close. Food was good and the employees were ok.

This is my favorite Mexican, fast food restaurant in town. The food is flavorful and the service is most often prompt. I love the wide selection of choices, from the types of protein, vegetables and sauces. The food is rich in flavor and reasonable priced.

Ordered the new surf and turf bowl that was advertised for $12.75. The lady working did a bait and switch and did a custom bowl without telling me the difference and my bill was over $16. I said I was unhappy and she said well you got 2 extra shrimp than I was supposed to. My whole family could eat at Taco Bell for $20. What a complete rip off:

Have had previous poor experiences at this location but today was good.Gave 4 stars for the lack of freshness for the guac, cilantro and a couple other items.
