Nestled away, Proof delights guests with its elegant ambiance, featuring Edison bulbs and candlelight that create a cozy atmosphere. Patrons rave about the impressive cocktail menu and exceptional whiskey selection, highlighting both quality drinks and knowledgeable bartenders. While a few visitors experienced minor service hiccups, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. The skilled mixologists craft flavorful cocktails that have become a highlight of the dining experience. With its inviting vibe and exceptional drinks, Proof is a must-visit destination for those seeking a memorable night out with friends or a cozy evening for two.

Charming atmosphere! The exterior doesn’t hint at the classy interior. It truly feels like a journey back in time. The ambiance was nearly flawless, featuring Edison bulbs, candles, and soft big band music playing in the background, along with fantastic drinks! The bartender, Jeremy, was also enjoyable and engaging! I will definitely return to this place. Although the drink prices are on the higher side, they are well worth it. My only concern is that a sophisticated venue like this shouldn’t have TVs—perhaps just one at most. Apart from that, this place is amazing!

Proof is the ideal place for a carefully crafted cocktail. They offer an excellent selection of bourbon and scotch, complemented by highly skilled mixologists behind the bar. If you’re in search of a delicious, expertly made cocktail, this is the spot to visit. It’s entertaining to watch the mixologists as they climb the ladder to create intricate drinks. All the mixologists here are fantastic, and Jeremy is definitely a standout character! Regardless of who serves you, the service is always exceptional. The large round booths are perfect for larger groups or for a cozy date night. From the outside, the place might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is incredibly cool, classy, and vibrant. The interior is beautiful and inviting, with perfectly curated music that ties everything together. Plus, they have a lovely patio for those warmer evenings! I highly recommend visiting Proof if you haven’t had the chance yet!

I 'm in love with this place. If you like incredibly flavorful, boozy drinks, THIS is your place! We tried several of the house cocktails on the menu and we were blown away by them all. (And between me and my friend, we tried several of the drinks) alsoliked their hummus and spinach dip apps to munch on. The atmosphere and the ambience of the place was awesome too! Can 't wait tocome back!! Also shout-out to the bartender Jackie for being awesome and making our drinks with perfection. Worth every penny!??????

We visited a bar called Proof in Omaha to celebrate a friend's birthday. The selection of Scotch is impressive, and the mixed drinks are delicious, complemented by a solid beer menu. I tried the house Old Fashioned for $5; it was decent but not the best I've ever had. I'd likely order a different one next time just to compare, but I would still consider this one as well. Keep in mind that their food options are quite limited since it's primarily a bar, not a restaurant. The music created a lively atmosphere reminiscent of a speakeasy, and the bartenders were dressed in suit vests, adding to the Roaring Twenties vibe. They were friendly and attentive, and even the owner stopped by our table to chat. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely return.
