Outback Steakhouse - Omaha

A great customer service from michaela. super busy Saturday and they did everything to make sure our visit was great. eating and drinks at outback will never be disappointed!

I and my Australian grandmother love to come here all the time and eat the naughty. the server have good hospitality and eating is always good!

The load seemed clean. I noticed that there was a person who was constantly roaming with a bottle cleansing agent. the server was very attentive and tidy. the appetizers were all together, which was good. I had the whispers, my insane and my man. we haven't waited too long until it's served. for the main course I had sirloin with grilled garnel and vegetable on the side. I told the server that I wanted my steak medium, the same with my man and father-in-law. but when we got it, it was not a medium, it was rare. Although it wasn't as we wanted, it still tastes good.

Arrived at the height of the dinner rush, but the service was great at every phase. The owner happened to bring out our main order. Everyone on shift tonight helped make an enjoyable experience. I'd recommend the Boomarita if you can't decide on a cocktail. The prime rib sandwich is filling. I'm giving a top rating for how well everything went on this visit.

Extremely slow service ?. The restaurant was maby 10% full. We were waiting over an hour for our food to come. We should have walked out. I am not sure if they forgot about us or just didn't care. All we ordered for an entire was one steak.Thank goodness we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was not very good. Ribs were mostly sauce. I could not taste the meat at all, although I'm pretty sure it was way over cooked.If Outback Steakhouse can't competently provide service they should warn customers before they order.We will not be back.
