Old Chicago Pizza Taproom - Omaha

We placed our order online, which indicated it would be ready by 8:34. When my husband arrived, he waited for almost an hour. During that time, the hostess approached him twice to ask for the name on the order, along with another staff member. At this point, I was really frustrated and called to speak with the manager on duty. I spoke with Madison, who was truly fantastic! She promptly located our order and apologized for the delay, even offering us compensation for the inconvenience. Madison handled our issue swiftly, all while managing the chaos that I could only imagine was happening due to being short-staffed. Great job, Madison! You absolutely deserve your position and perhaps more! Thank you again for the excellent customer service!

My wife and I are huge fans of the pizza here. We usually go for the jalapeño pretzel bites and the beef, green pepper, and onion pizza on ale crust. Tonight, the restaurant wasn't busy, but they still managed to get our order out promptly. I frequent this place often, so I would definitely recommend it!

First time stopping in during the lunch hour and it a very nice experience. Our server, Chris, was super friendly. Our food was great and the place was clean. We waited a little longer than usual for the check, but no worries...we were happy to be out of the heat for a while.

Went here after. Church I had the Crafted Beer Burger which has a little pink in it and some sweet potatoes ?, My daughter had the pepperoni pizza, and thw wife had Italian nachos. GOOD FOOD.

Honestly, just go to Pizza Hut. Their pan pizza is essentially the same as what you get here, but it’s available for half the price. I really feel like I’ve been ripped off.
