I met friends f... read more This was my first vegan experience and it didn't disappoint! The nachos, Alfredo, peach cobbler ice cream and vanilla bean shake were delicious! I met friends for lunch there and was pleasantly surprised at just how delicious plant based food could be. Thisplace truly will open you up to amazing vegan options and you won't be able to take your eyes off everything coming out of thekitchen...plates of pure perfection! The ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????? might just be the best “chicken” parmesan sandwich I’ve ever had!!!I’m not kidding. The chickpea patty was so crispy and flavorful and the “mozzarella” was so creamy, melty, anddelicious… I can’t even describe how mesmerized I was with it. Definitely the BEST thing we ordered!!! My second favoritething we ordered had to be the ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????.Again… NOT REAL PARMESAN?! HOW?! It was the creamiest, most delicious garlicky “cheese” sauce, and it perfect complimentedthe Brussel sprouts. As someone who puts grated Parmesan on her veggies almost every night, I’M SHOCKED I couldn’t taste adifference. I would drink that sauce with a straw. We also ordered the ???????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????which had cashew cheddar mac sauce, walnut chorizo, pico, avocado, pickled jalapeños, and cilantro. Again the “cheese” wasunbelievable. And the walnut “chorizo” tasted JUST like the real thing. I really want to try the classic mac next time! Wealso got a ???????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? that was one of the most beautiful plated saladsI’ve ever been served. Peep the mini salt and pepper shakers in that pic. So cute! Our server was so on top of it andincredibly helpful with suggestions for our first time. I seriously can’t rave enough about Modern Love. Yet another localestablishment I wish I had tried sooner! And the place was HOPPING at peak lunch time which made me so happy to see. If youhaven’t already, go check them out and be equally mesmerized in how they trick your tastebuds. I’m going to start working myway through the rest of their sandwiches.
