Both times I’ve been, the food has been hot and fresh made, at around 7-8pm. One was a single cheeseburger and the next order was two kids meals. Good late night McDonald’s here! Parking: Plenty of spots and mobile order spots Kid-friendliness: Kids meals of course. Seats are child friendly. What Watson Kozey doesn't like about McDonald's:
Came in before closing at 8pm. Traveling with family to get home. Ordered right at 8pm and felt rushed to do it. Was told closing at 8 so get order i. In the next min. Ordered and could hear the complaints of making the order. Heard complaints about having to make more fries. Left and got in car go. While food being passed out complaints began about how salty the fries were. They were so salty you could not eat them.... View all feedback.
If I could give negative stars if I could. The employees and management are completely incompetent. They are rude and very disrespectful. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt many times. Today they completely stopped taking my order. Days before they have been very rude at night when I stop for a bite after school Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came through the drive through at 7pm with a mobile order. The AI misunderstood my order number; so when I pulled forward, I was asked to repeat my order number twice more. The man in the pay window had crazy eyes and prompted me with a firm 'huh?! ' both times he asked me to repeat myself. When I went to the pickup order, a teenage girl was handling my order, and she wasnt pleasent either. I have been coming to this location twice daily for meals, and each time I 've gone through the drive through for my mobile order, it has been outrageously unpleasant. Are they losing their jobs? Are their soft skills not vetted before hire and during training? I don 't like skimping out on human interaction at restaurants. The AI is also unpleasent to deal with. Please empower your staff- pay them more and train their soft skills. TIA.
I originally set a 3-star rating with it. the experience here is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and others don't paint so much. I'm occasional.
One of the better mcdonalds when it comes to speed, but the customer service was not great and I did not get my soße for my nuggets
