I was in omaha area for work and found brand’s bistro on zomato. we had no reservations, but we sat right away for dinner. attentive and knowledgeable service p... read more I was in omaha area for work and found brand’s bistro on zomato. we had no reservations, but we sat right away for dinner. attentive and knowledgeable service personnel. we had a lot of menu items. the risotto with spring vegetables, spinach salad, spring lamb and the charcuterie sampling were all very good. we haven't pampered ourselves in the deserts or drinks, maybe next time. it was good enough that we came back the next night. this is one of the better restaurants I found in omaha.

I thought it was just me, but someone I went with said his was salty also. On top of that, my risotto wasn't cooked evenly. The top was overcooked. The bottom was undercooked. I really was disappointed, especially, after I was the one changing our team lunch to this restaurant.
