Attentive and knowled... read more I was in Omaha area for work and found Mark's Bistro on Zomato. We had no reservations, but were seated right away for the dinner service. Attentive and knowledgeable service staff. We had a variety of menu items. The Risotto with Spring Vegetables, Spinach Salad, Spring Lamb and the Charcuterie sampling were all very good. We did not indulge in the deserts or drinks, maybe next time. It was good enough we returned the following evening. This is one of the better restaurants I have found in Omaha.

I love the atmosphere inside being on the second floor and looking onto Underwood st. The feel is very relaxing. We ordered the hummus and mac and cheese for an app and they were both delightful. My brother and I order the Cuban which was a good sandwich but not my favorite but I would order it again. My dad got the quiche. The andouille sausage and chicken soup was spot on because the broth was light and I was w little full from the apps. I will be back again.

Service is friendly and proficient. But most important, the ambiance of this place puts it in a class of its own. Whether your sitting inside or outside you will experience the quint uniqueness that I have never felt locally before. I highly recommend going on a night where you can sit outside. Take it from someone that has traveled extensively... pretend your overseas in Italy or France, and enjoy!
