our waitress emily went beyond and beyond to give us great service. I have heard my needs for my strict nutrition. I spoke to the cook and came back to ask to fulfill my needs. we were very impressed by emily and the service and eating that we were served. this was a View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
No, that's for bad services. 15 about 15 minutes waiting for our salads and eating half through the salate. had to ask for more brot three times. bill was wrong and had to be corrected. credit card given and after about ten minutes, waiter returned and asked this my card, asked my bill, she forgot to bring my corrected bill. Had another wonderful family dinner. WAITER WAS AWESOME, and on top of a food order coming out front. One of my favorite place to take family to dinner!
Longhorn has long been our favorite steakhouse. This particular location is absolutely fantastic. Chad is one of the greatest servers I have ever met, personality meets preffesionalism. The food is absolutely perfect in both presentation and taste.
Our wait staff was the bar tender when there was clearly others available and she was too busy to check on us. My steak was over done but still ok. My wife's was over seasoned. The manager normally stops by the table to say hi and see how things are going but did not this time.
