ordered penne with garlic sawne sauce, roasted ravioli and tiramisu to go, and a worker got lasagne. overall excellent! After our pick-up time we waited about 20 minutes because they were just slurred. totally understandable! I will say, unfortunately, that I lacked my cheesebread and she lacked her salat, but not yet complaining! the food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and we will definitely be back! pizza was ok, but very overpriced. the big was the size of a school cafeteria tablet and was 40 dollars. what a sweat. 12 slices $33 per piece. that's not worth it. View all feedback.
The pizza at this restaurant is incredibly tasty. The owner is fantastic and very welcoming!
The customer service at this restaurant was fantastic. We decided to visit on school food night and were not let down. The pizza was delicious from the crust to every topping. It had an authentic pizza oven style.
My husband called in to order a pizza and spoke with a gentleman who greeted him by name. He had ordered from the restaurant numerous times before using his cell phone. When I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up the pizza, they had no record of our order. They suggested that maybe he had called a different location. I checked his call log and confirmed that he had called the Pacific Street location. There was no apology or offer of a discount. I ended up placing a new order, but I think this will be one of the last times we order pizza from there. It's unfortunate because we have been loyal customers for over 40 years.
First time having pizza at La Casa in a while. It was delicious!!! We got a medium La Casa Nostra with romano and mozzarella cheeses and a medium Pepperoni with mozzarella.
We ordered for pick up at 5 pm at 5:10 the manager came out and apologized because they had to remake our order as they had made a mistake. They were extremely busy, all employees were working hard and were very kind. He asked if I wanted anything on the house while I wait, I declined but thanked him for the offer. About 10 minutes later he told me my order was about 2 minutes from being done and they had made fresh bread for us and included a gift certificate for our next visit. I told him that wasn't necessary I understand mistakes happen. He said they take their business very seriously. Best customer service I experienced in a long time. Remember restaurant employees are human mistakes will happen. I was not upset but very impressed they went above and beyond to make up for the wait!
