Restaurant moved still horrible. This location closed and reopened on and Sorensen pkwy. Still the same horrific service and lack of care for customers. The nasty attitude of the staff sends the message they would prefer you not return. Stay away.
I went to try the new Nashville hot chicken. My order came with pieces of chicken, cole slaw and a biscuit. The chicken was pretty good, but nowhere near anything that I would consider hot or spicy. Also, my order did not come with any of the pickle slices that were shown on the menu picture. The cole slaw and biscuit were very good. At not exactly cheap, considering that this was without a drink. The employees were friendly and service was pretty fast likely due to me being their only customer at the time. The place was fairly clean, again likely due to no one else being there. I did notice that the buffet was not open due to the steam table being broke. As I was finishing my meal one of the employees gave me a free piece of the lemon mini cakes. It was very good.

The day before, I had also visited this location for a 5-piece chicken tenders meal. I asked if the chicken was fresh and was assured it was. After paying around $12 for the meal, I left. However, when I got home, I found there was no receipt and no napkins. The fries looked lifeless, and the chicken was anything but fresh. It felt as if I had interrupted the cashier’s break, as she had one hand behind her back holding a cigarette and lighter while taking my order. This particular KFC is not upholding the standards of the company. There were no hairnets, no gloves, and a complete lack of professionalism. I believe the franchise owner should visit as a secret shopper to experience firsthand the level of dissatisfaction that customers like me are facing. This review pertains to the KFC located on North 30th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
