Jams Midtown - Omaha

We wanted to return to our room since we were a group of six and knew we were being a bit loud. As always, Jams met our needs without any issues. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Jams is truly a midtown gem!

The server appeared to be somewhat annoyed when we made our request. Was it just a bad day for them? They certainly didn’t seem to be in a good mood yesterday.

Our reservation was for 5 PM for a party of six, and before we were seated, the host informed us that another reservation was scheduled at 7 PM for our table. This left a bad impression right from the start. We were seated by the door, which made it quite chilly. While the food was good, the drinks were only mediocre, but our service was excellent. Our water glasses were always full, which we appreciated. However, I found it frustrating that there was no mention of a time limit on our reservation. If this is Jams' policy, it should definitely be communicated when reserving a table.

Never had anything that I didn’t like! We are not from Omaha and wish they had a location in our home state. We love all of their food, especially their salads. However my favorite thing there is the poblano lobster bisque! Awesome!!
