Service was great. Food was great. Got right in. Prices for sandwiches, flat breads and salads are what you would expect almost anywhere. Steaks and entrees are a little more but still reasonable. View all feedback.
What Irving Gerhold doesn't like about Heartwood Lounge:
Very slow service. Wsited 30 min for a hamburger. Day 2. Breakfast buffet. 10 min to get water and another 10 to get coffee. Worst experience: $39 steak. Asked for mid rare. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a steakhouse Steak was medium and I sent it back. Second steak was blue. This is less cooked than rare. That was just an up yours from whomever was in the kitchen. Wait staff were friendly but frazzled. View all feedback.

The hotel staff does an excellent job and really knows their cocktails.
I've only tried their breakfast, which is fairly typical, but the waitstaff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. The bar area features Glen, an amazing bartender who is truly a delight! I've been here for business all week, and he remembered my name, always ready to serve with a smile!

Christmas Morning Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, meats, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal-need i go on? It was a great way to start our Christmas Day! Great coffee-they even give you a “to go” cup.
