Since 2019 the restaurant in augusta, ga is not in a buffet. this was clean and the atmosphere was okay. the first Sunday of the year was not so busy after 2 o'clock. they have done good work with our party child-friendly: much for the children to choose. parking space: part of all strip mall area. many parking spaces. Accessibility: they have it

Accidentally left my kids diaper bag there and called the same night after driving home(out of town). The staff said they had my bag, matched the description I gave them. Went back the next day and all the staff claimed my bag was not there, even tho I had called literally the night before and confirmed it. I understand it’s completely my fault, but a staff member must have thought they needed a diaper bag with diapers, wipes and infant toys more than my kid does. Very unfortunate for me that my wallet was also in this bag with all my insurance cards and so on. Luckily those are replaceable. We even gave our server, who was very busy all night, a very hefty tip. Very disappointed but it is what it is.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. they were great people! the food tasted good. it was too hot in there, the hired burned up. they need better cooling so they can work better (they worked hard with not many for the employees as they looked. chars dessert brot pudding favorites meat steak (he cooked it exactly how my man loves it and I also enjoyed it with our children. loves the sweet potato peel also as favorit. we spoke with a few and asked how they stopped the heat (all they looked like good people when we came slower there. Smile and do best. price was under $12 for adult.

The waitress Princess was wonderful. The food was good. But come on. The breakfast signs were still up at 4 pm. And everyone I asked...what's this. Either didn't speak English or didn't know. And noone, besides the waitress ,even cared that the wrong signs/labels were up. I have food allergies and need to know what things are so I don't pick a wrong item. So. Tell the person on Saturday that was supposed to change those cards that it is very important to some people. Thank you.

There are times when everything is fine, there are times when everything is horrible, and there's everything in between. I think the thing to do is admit that this is an inexpensive buffet, and you'll get what you pay for.
