Was Carlos Gonzalez at Five Guys a mag?
The customer service could definitely use some improvement. There were some dirty tables, likely because some guests didn’t clean up after themselves. However, the food tells a different story. It’s fresh, made to order, and well worth the wait. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth, no matter the size of fries you choose. I ordered a small, and to my surprise, I received about a quarter of a bag of delicious Caju... View all feedback.

What Ambrose O'Conner dislikes about Five Guys:
I visited this restaurant and arrived at 11:05 AM, even though they were supposed to open at 11:00 AM. The staff was behind the counter but didn’t acknowledge our presence as we waited at the door. Despite knocking, we received no response. We ended up going back to our car, and when we returned a little later, they finally unlocked the doors. However, by that point, we had decided we weren’t coming back, and we head... View all feedback.

When we arrived, we observed the staff mopping the floors, which left a significant amount of liquid on the ground, even though the restaurant would remain open for at least another hour. Unfortunately, the employees seemed rather sluggish, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. While the food was decent, my shake was unfortunately not blended properly. The first sip tasted like straight chocolate powder, which was quite unappetizing.

I wouldn't say it was worth the price. The burger lacked flavor, and the fries were quite disappointing. The only thing I really liked was the dessert, which was essentially a bowl of fat. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and there were no problems on that front. The manager did come out to speak with me, and I'll share more about that later.

While we waited for our food, a couple walked in and we overheard a female employee sigh and say, “ugh, here come two more.” My family arrived at 7:30 PM, and the other couple came in around 7:40 PM. It was obvious that the staff was eager to close up and not interested in serving more customers. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience was far from pleasant. I have no intention of returning to this location. I felt unwelcome! Additionally, we ordered three milkshakes, which looked more like melted ice cream. Overall, this place is overrated and overpriced!

I don't think the meal is worth the price at all. The burger lacked flavor, and the fries were disappointing—they tasted old and greasy, with just the outer texture remaining. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and I had no issues with their service. The manager checked in with me, so I’ll be providing them with more details.

I went to this restaurant and arrived at 11:00 AM, but had to wait until 11:05 AM for them to open. The staff was inside, behind the counter, watching us wait at the door without acknowledging us. We knocked, but no one answered. Frustrated, we returned to our car. Eventually, they came over and unlocked the doors, but by then, we had already decided not to go back inside. We won't be returning for burgers here again—it's time to give Culver's a try instead.
