This is one of my preferred chain restaurants. The staff on duty during my visit were amazing at looking after me and keeping the restaurant impeccably clean. I make a special effort to stop by, but it is definitely worth it and I would be happy to do it more frequently. View all feedback.
What Estell Hegmann doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Orchard Plaza:
Sandwiches are great every time but oh my GOD it is slow. I have been sitting here waiting still for my sandwich for a solid 20 minutes. Called my boss to let him know I will be late for my lunch break. Maybe if the staff stopped listening to slow jams on their AirPods they could focus and hustle a little quicker during the lunch rush. Was exceptionally busy about the lunch hour, all three employees were professional and worked fast to deliver an excellent sandwich and were very apologetic about the light waiting, which was clearly a result of low personal work, they delivered excellent service despite a line almost out of the door
If they don't have an hour to wait for their sub, they won't come here. absolutely ridiculous. the workers take their sweet time, so many people sit and wait. they are underused and operated with zero urgency. I'll never be back.
Wonderful meal! we had the truthahn and the cheese and the fireworks bags. yummy and hot, meatball had a sharp kick that was extra delicious. will definitely go back!
Went there today and the service was insanely slow. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go, I waited 35+ minutes for them. If you've got plenty of time to kill then I'd recommend this place but if you want food in a reasonable amount of time, look elsewhere. Also the pickles were dried out and tasted disgusting.
I wasn't a big fan of the sub I ordered but it wasn't bad. The employees were friendly
