such a great experience- eating is hot with fresh ingredients and loaded with toppings/meat. salat is crispy, tomatoes are juicy, swirling are potent and meat will melt in mouth moist. the fountain machine has a set of options, including fanta, barqs and dr. pfeffer. cookies are bombed (addition of the sugar cookie). also the staff are super friendly! What Ray Wollberg doesn't like about Firehouse Subs 72 Crossing:
Another great Monday with double points at this restaurant. I decided to go with the tuna sub today, which is always one of my favorite choices. It was very crowded, but the service was still excellent. This restaurant always treats us well, especially on Mondays when we earn double points. Last month, I enjoyed the tuna sub once again. And back in October, I stopped by for a delicious meatball sub. View all feedback.

This place is so dirty. no beeping in the bathroom. flooring, dirty fountain drinks, dirty bathroom. we took that as a take and threw it away immediately. the food looked dirty. the first time we tried this place and definitiw the last time.
That is not the place for a good sandwich to go, they don't get what they pay. for $9 I got the sandwich below, next to a screen shot of the same sandwiches from their website. I notice that marketing images always look perfect and what you never really see, but don't even see them compare remotely. there are so many good sandwich shops to go, no need to go here. I suggest picklemans, it's my place and will be on, I just thought I would try something else for once and maybe add another place to my list of regular favorites, but that's not it. at pickleman’s they still pay $9 for a sandwich, but it’s really a stacked high, hearty sandwich that will fill them, so they get good value for their money. I contacted the restaurant to inform them about my dissatisfaction, and contained the image of my sandwiches. the general manager called and left a message. Once I received the message, I called back a few minutes later and was told that she was not in the load and they would call me when she came later. that was a few days ago, I never got this call back. they do not take their sandwiches or their customer service very seriously.
Did an online order when I went to pick up they workers were just standing around talking and my order wasn't even ready when they asked if they could help me I told them I had a online order and they scurried to the register. And went oh .Maybe if they paid attention to thier job they would of been aware of my order . I actually waited 5 min longer than the time I was told to pick up just to give them extra time and I still had to wait for them to make it. Totally defeats the purpose of the online ordering.I will no longer go to firehouse there are plenty of other sandwich shops equally if not better that actually do the online process right
I love the meatball and Italian subs. The food is consistently great and the employees are always friendly and quick to make your order.
