Durham Treetops - Omaha

I was surprised by the quality of the food. Normally in my experience at zoos/museums the food is decent or garbage. Here I had a double cheeseburger and it tasted just like a normal restaurant. My only complaint was that the process of getting through the line was slow. It was like a cafeteria in school where you go through a line and say what you want. The thing is if you wait 75% of the line you might get to the prepackaged wraps/sides and decide to grab those instead of waiting for the grill items. Then you just wasted your time.

By name alone. Omaha Steaks surpasses all expectations as far as taste, texture, and presentation! As for the treetops restaurant: generous, attentive, and as always, a family friendly place for all to enjoy. Not to mention the window view of the indoor forest is beautiful and tranquil!

Great food with a view of monkeys! If you're looking for a dining option at the zoo, this is the place to stop. It's a step-up from typical fast food, where you receive your meal on a tray. Enjoy your meal while watching the playful monkeys!

I enjoyed a double cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun and fries. As someone with celiac disease, I was pleased to report that I experienced no reactions. The burger was delicious, and I appreciated that there was no cross-contamination!
