Dj's Dugout Sports Downtown - Omaha

Really loved this place! Was right Down town Omaha! Met up a colleague for a business lunch, and had a blast. Food was great, a million TVs with all sports you can imagine, and Bree, thee waitress was very professional!! Right on cue..

My experience today at DJ's Dugout downtown was not very good. The young lady who was working the bar came off to me like she didn't want to be bothered with me. She seemed to me as if she was irritated. She was not friendly towards me at all and I think I was the only person she was serving. I felt totally unwelcomed and unwanted by that particular lady working the bar. I should have got her name but now that is a mute point. I hope the next time I go to that location, that

Great place to watch sports! I watched a waitress get yelled at for slow service when only about 3 waiters were in the whole place. She handled it as well as she could. It?s a Saturday and football is on? Of course service is not going to be quick. Really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! :

It's part of downtown Omaha by the stadiums and old market area. It fits in with the environment, sports bar and beer garden. Service was par for the course. A little slow; however, only appeared to be one server. Food was good. It was a Monday so all the burgers were on a discount. That might have factored into the long wait for the food. Overall it wasn't anything outstanding but wasn't something to complain about either.

Nice atmosphere. Good food. Terrible service. During a quiet lunch hour we had a party of eight. Four of us had ordered three different packages. The waitress brought out wraps, I didn't say what is and put them in the middle of the table as if it was our responsibility to find out. After we have paid (in cash), we noticed that one of our guests was charged $18 and the other $13. Both had the same pack and the same drink. When the waitress was questioned why the difference, she just said I need to drink someone else to your order and went away. Has not offered to correct it or repay the additional $5 money. Never come again!!
