The Peanut Butter Chicken is absolutely delicious! The food is served quickly and tastes fantastic.
We 've been eating at China 1 for years. We started eating at China 1 when they were on 72nd and L and continue to eat at the 108th location. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty! The atmosphere is 'small diner plain ' but we don 't go for the atmosphere. We go for the great food.

2024 Update: This restaurant remains one of my favorites. I really appreciate the convenient location and the option for online ordering. I feel they should consider updating the menu, but the classics are still enjoyable. 2023 Review: Overall, it's a decent spot with reasonable prices. The dining area is quite small if you prefer to eat in. The menu is fairly standard with average portion sizes, but I do like the convenience of being able to order online for pickup or having my order ready within about five minutes if I order at the restaurant. Some dishes are great, while others miss the mark, so it's wise to choose carefully.
