Everything was cooked to perfection. My favorite was the Manti (steamed beef Dumplings). The wrapper was the perfect thickness and during the steaming process a great sweet and beefy broth is created inside and great way to start eating the dumpling. Touch of sour cream cuts through the hearty filling and make you want more. The Sambusa were also great. Baked flaky pastry with a great beef filling inside. Wash all do... View all feedback.

Touch of sour cream cuts through the hearty filling and make you want more. The Sambusa were also great. Baked flaky pastry with a great beef filling inside. Wash all down with a good borsch soup. Lastly, the booths were soooo comfortable that I wanted to take a nap after the meal. Great experience, value and excellent service.
Stopped in based on the recommendation of a friend. We ordered the 3-kabob platter, with chicken, beef, and lyulya, all were amazing. Prior to the meal, a salad with a DELICIOUS dill dressing. Service was exceptional. Delightful experience and I'll definitely visit again.
I had the Chaikhana Bread, Sambusa, and Pilav, and it was absolutely amazing! The owner, Ravshan, was incredibly kind and friendly. He shared some insights about Tajikistan and assisted me in selecting some traditional dishes. The decor is stunning, featuring custom furniture crafted in a traditional style, with cozy pillows on the booths, which added a lovely touch. They also play traditional music, enhancing the dining experience. I enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant and would highly recommend it!
Delicious flavors, special atmosphere, very attentive staff! Food was so good we ordered more food to go. Lulya kebab (beef/lamb skewer), pilav (meat in seasoned rice), pickled veggies, and the included salads were perfectly balanced flavor and freshness. Filling yet not heavy. Everyone deserves to try this lovely place! Will come back every time I'm in Omaha.
Aside from that, the sambusas, which are meat and onion-filled hand pies, are my favorite dish at this restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed them so much that we craved them for weeks and had to return for more. They come with a mildly spiced sauce that's quite good as well. When I first visited, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I found that the dishes feature a lot of fresh dill, which gives a comforting homey feel. Everything strikes a nice balance of herbiness and heartiness. Additionally, the seating is very comfortable. The restaurant's name suggests a teahouse, and the seating reflects that concept well. There are pillows on the beautifully decorated benches, making it a cozy place to sit—something I really appreciate. I can’t wait to try the kabobs, but it’s clear that I already love this place without having had them!
