The store is clearly lit and 4hrs... read more Literally sitting in the drive thru at the speaker no cars in front of me and nobody is taking my order. No hello or anything. The store is clearly lit and 4hrs from closing time. Lobby locked. Bought my food online and can't get it. This is the secondtime this has happened at this location.

Consistently understaffed. I don't blame any of the issues with this location on the staff. I'm almost certain if the staff were paid more and more staff hired,... read more Consistently understaffed. I don't blame any of the issues with this location on the staff. I'm almost certain if the staff were paid more and more staff hired, the food would be delivered to your car hot and in a reasonable amount of time. As it currentlystands, the last time I went I was met with a locked dining area and a single person manning the drive through letting peopleknow they weren't taking orders. Unfortunately for me, it's the closest BK to my house.

I understand why our governor doesn?t want to ask for federal dollars or give extra incentives. People won?t work if there?s free money and funds available. Omaha has to cometogether and make our home better we are to separated and hateful.

Only 2 people working there during lunch rush. The 1 person upfront was doing their best to handle things but you can tell it was overwhelming. The person in the back had clearly little to no experience with making the food. Our frieswere brown and tasted like pure oil. All of our sandwiches were thrown together and either missing items or undercooked. Theperson upfront received a phone call that sounded like the manager as she was clearly getting chewed out for having to shut downthe place for a moment to get caught up. Terrible management for you to do instead of coming in and helping your staff.
