I've been facing the same customer service problems at this location for the past three years since relocating here. Despite my efforts to be patient, there have been instances when I've opted to go to a farther location instead. This restaurant continuously disappoints and seems beyond repair. I'm tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt, and I hope others do as well, as it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. They might want to seriously consider shutting down. Every time I leave, I can't help but wonder how this place remains in business.
I arrived at 8 AM on a Sunday, and the signs indicated that the Dining Room should have opened at 7 AM. Unfortunately, there was no one around. The doors were locked, the parking lot was empty, and there were no notices on the doors explaining the closure. This is quite concerning for a business! What has happened to Burger King?
I called back to ask for her name, but she refused to give it and hung up on me again. I tried again, asking for her manager's name and number, but she told me to look it up before ending the call. I then called from a different number and found out her name is Anganetta—if that's even her real name. She was extremely rude and clearly unqualified for a management role.
I went to Burger King last night around 7:45 to grab something from the menu, but they were already closed. As I drove through the drive-thru and was leaving the parking lot, my car hit a large pothole that damaged a CV joint. It was dark, and I couldn't see the hazard since the parking lot light was out. My car is still stuck there, and I'll need a tow to a mechanic tomorrow. This situation is frustrating, and I'll end up losing a day of work to get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.
