I ordered a double burger, and it honestly felt like I was just getting two hockey pucks. The extras I paid for—lettuce, tomato, and onion—were missing. They don’t accept cash, which is okay, but it raises some suspicion about whether someone might be pocketing the cash. Overall, the experience left me with a negative feeling. Fortunately, it’s not as bad as Mili's in Palmetto, FL, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

We ordered burgers and shepherd's pie, and while the pickup was easy and our order was ready on time, we discovered that one of the burgers was missing once we got home. I called the restaurant, and they took my information, offering to either deliver the missing burger or refund me. Since my family was already eating, I opted for the $9 refund. However, the refund has not yet appeared on my card, despite their assurance. As for the food itself, it was decent. The burgers were a bit salty but still enjoyable, while the shepherd's pie was the standout dish, albeit a little pricey at $12. If their business model relies on takeout, it's crucial they address missing items in a timely manner. EDIT: I'm pleased to say that Best Bison reached out to me, resolved the refund issue, and even offered a discount for a future visit. I appreciate how quickly they handled this!

My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and really enjoyed it; she said she’d definitely get it again. The only downside was the avocado, which was pretty brown and mushy by the time it arrived, but she just removed it.
