Arby's - Omaha

I went to Arby's for lunch.Upon arrival, there were easily a dozen cars in the drive thru, so I went inside to order.With an almost full dining area but no one in line, my order was taken immediately. As I paid, before the register could print my receipt, my to-go order was in a sack and I was being asked if I wanted any sauces. Seems the Manager had her crew in gear. I'm not one to post a lot be it praise or complaint, but That...is how you run a fast food place.

This was a bizarrely happy Arby's. I have never been to a fast food place where people seemed to want to stick around. People were watching the game, the employees were having nice conversations with patrons, the employees were taking their time to make things nice. It was particularly striking to watch a teenager spend time an effort to make the shake look absolutely perfect for someone. He clearly cared. On top of all that, it was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. They definitely exceeded what I was expecting.

I visited arbys today to use a birthday wage. the dame in the drive was very friendly and helped me to determine the available options. there were two cars in front of me and I was out of the car thru within 4-5 minutes. the food was hot and delicious (except the shake that was cold and delicious). fries were also crispy. the coworker who took the order and at the window (as well as two different women were both friendly. a wonderful experience for lunch today. also arby's small frit is almost the same size as a certain mccompetitors medium and the small shake is also quite good size. arby’s is reasonable and gives good portions, only so they know:

We were excited to try the fish chips after seeing the TV advertisement. However, we were extremely disappointed at the small size and portion of the meal. They were 'fish stick ' size and mostly breading. This certainly didn 't meet the standards of their other sandwiches.

Had the new fish strips and fry's, and yes it was yummy. No complaints from anyone.
