Had a bad experience when we ordered a crispy fish sandwich and we ordered the spicy fish sandwich when they touch the spicy fish sandwich then they touched the crispy fish sandwich wow that was spicy for the plain crispy sandwich..they should really watch what they are touching before the kids eat that again..the plain fish was spicy ...and all the fish sandwiches was cooked ahead and they weren't crispy.. someone n... I never use the drive-thru I always come inside and order whether I am dining in or getting it to go. Staff have always been friendly to me.
We love Arby's but have had bad service at this one twice now and won't be planning on a return trip any time soon if ever at all.
Just went through drive thruLeft out an order of fries, lemonade tastes like water, gave me the wrong dressing for salad.
Worst service. incredibly slow. avoid when in a hurry this place should not be on the hwy
When I came home, I opened my sandwich and it was dripping and sweating honey savory.
