We... read more One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything we ordered was so good. And their small plates are affordable yet very well thought of, unique and delicious. We usually order the duck confit and braised beef burgundy when in D&B but decided to skip the usual suspects this visit and try new stuff. Well except for the salad which is my super favorite, so I HAD to order it still. It’s simple but delicious: charred romaine lettuce with parmesan, almonds and amazing garlic anchovy dressing. We also had the following: Potato Pave with salted egg and creme fraiche. Love potatoes loved this dish too. Brown Butter Roasted Squash with sage, honey, chili, pumpkin seeds and pearl barley. Warning: it’s sweet of course because of the honey but it is still savory at the same time. Not sweet as in dessert sweet. Catalan Style Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Parma Ham and Black Truffle Spread. OMG this was so delicious, I could really taste the truffle. I want to eat this every single day! And so perfect woth the salad. And another OMG moment was the crisped pork belly in duck fat confit, with poached duck egg, raspberry and balsamic reduction served with garlic rice. This was such a steal IMO for ₱390+! The portion we were served was hearty, the skin sooooo crunchy (I have a video in my Instagram post, check out @ria_litybites for proof! and the meat still super juicy and tender. Will definitely order these items over and over probably even more than our usual duck and beef burgundy because they’re a bit pricey while these are so affordable yet enjoyable. Can’t stress it enough. Must try! Update: We are back and ordered my fave salad and pork belly confit mentioned above again. Both were consistently super yummy but the pork portion was a bit smaller this time. We tried something new to us which was the 8 Hour Angus Briskets because the description on the menu said “slow roasted melt in your mouth angus beef served with garlic potato mash and roasted mushroom sauce.” It was tender but not melt in your mouth at all. The mashed potato was a generous serving but it didn’t taste like garlic and it sort of lacked saltiness as did the gravy. But for the price, relative to other dishes in the menu, it was okay. But unlike the Porl Belly Confit, not itching to order it again.

The grilled Romaine salad is forgettable, but the angus beek brisket and crispy duck is worth going back to. The duck ragu sauce was mouth... read more We ordered 2 dishes and both were perfection. : 8-hour angus was tender and the mashed potato was just the right amount of creamy. The duck ragu sauce was mouth-watering with its fresh tomatoes. Duck meat was tasty but not overpowering for those who are not used to it. We also got cocktails, which were a bit overpriced. White peach had really yummy frozen fruit and served nice and cold. Burnt sugar old fashion is good for those who like their cocktails strong.

Everything we've had is just an explosion of flavor! You can distinguish the four cheeses into layers in their quattro formaggi pizza. The pizza is great with the provided rock salt, chili, and arugula. Their fresh pastas are just amazing. I've had their roast chicken and it sure is pure comfort. They also have great wine! Cannot recommend this enough. :

The beef was fork tender, the sauce was nice and peppery which complemented the carbs. Its like they added soft hash brown strips or rice inside. I had the Halibut dish too, so much healthy flavors for a dish. The thyme flowers and garlic were so well cooked. If i have to criticize anything is that their waiters were a bit soft spoken but they're polite and knowledgeable. Recommended place, highly underrated.
