What can I say Brewer’s house is an absolute one off for the Tyrone mid Ulster area. If you received the food you get here in one of Ireland or the UK’s top hotels or city restaurants it would not be out of place at all. The chef deserves some credit; all the meat is cooked to perfection, the desserts are to die for! It is well worth every penny, and so it should be a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the... View all feedback.
What Robert B doesn't like about The Brewer's House:
As always, the food and service were very good. For the first time, however, I found the noise level downstairs almost unbearable. There were one or two inconsiderate tables, but they took their lead from the activity behind the bar, where an ice machine was clattering every few minutes, staff were crashing empty bottles into bins and cocktails were being shaken with quite unnecessary vigour. Perhaps this is thought... View all feedback.
Lovely food. Nice ambience. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lamb Rump, Goats Cheese Tartlet
All the food was utterly delicious and all the side dishes as well really recommend the garlic bread and the fish tacos. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Maybe Im being to generous with 5 stars and its pricey enough not to go every week but would recommend, for sure. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I would love to see more vegan options on the menu. On a positive note, the vegetable curry was exquisite and quite unique; I would definitely order it again. However, I think more variety is needed, and it would be great if they could put in a little more effort to make existing vegetarian dishes vegan-friendly—like using vegan cheese and sauces instead of just removing the non-vegan items and labeling them as vegan. Also, to my knowledge, there were no vegan dessert options available, which would be a nice addition. On the plus side, we were a large group, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and well-presented.
This restaurant offers the best food, service, and atmosphere I've ever encountered anywhere in Northern Ireland. We traveled from Castlereagh, Clones, and Tampa and tried a variety of starters, mains, desserts, coffees, and cocktails. The vegetarian and vegan options were just as thoughtfully crafted as the fish and beef dishes. Everything we had was of outstanding quality. The service was impeccable as well. I can't believe I’ve driven past this hidden gem in Mid Ulster so many times without realizing it. Some of the vegetarian options included the Vegetarian Taco, Vegetarian Curry, Sautéed Mushrooms, and a Cheese Board paired with a glass of Port.
This restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with wonderful food, top-notch service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!
