Last night had a great experience at the foothills. booked for a party of 8. eating was 'outstanding'!!! from the presentation, quality to portion size, it was... read more Last night had a great experience at the foothills. booked for a party of 8. eating was 'outstanding'!!! from the presentation, quality to portion size, it was first class! the restaurant was busy, but that did not affect the service. the staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful and a great atmosphere in the restaurant overall. I will go back here definitiw and would recommend definately to others to give him a vist if they like to eat good quality.

I had the Sirloin steak, cooked perfectly!... read more Just got back from a fantastic meal. We shared a starter of potato skins, knowing that the portion would be generous. I had the Sirloin steak, cooked perfectly! My dining companion, who isn't a fan of steak, was pleasantly surprised by the taste and tenderness. He had the bang bang chicken which must have been good because I didn't get to try it. My meal was accompanied by my favorite house white wine, Brancott Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

I had the sirloin steak.. cooked to perfection! The other half, who would be the first to admit he's not a steak person, couldn't believe the taste and favour when I gave him some to taste. He had the Bang Bang chicken..it must have been very good as I didn't get the chance to taste it Lol! My meal was complimented by the house white..my absolute favourite ..Brancrott Estate Marlborough SB!
