The restaurant was not very crowded, but I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my drink to arrive, and even then it was made incorrectly. There were three people working on it. View all feedback.
The customer service at William & Leah's Mocha Keks is very friendly and great. The Crumb drink is absolutely delicious.
The juicing machine at the restaurant has been broken for over a week, which is so frustrating. Instead of enjoying delicious juice, customers are stuck with coffee.

Great service and good coffee. would have been more stars/higher, they would have followed my question if a very hot ds mocha. but guess their machine is auto set certain tempos.
I was severely disappointed. I love my caramel bruele but customer service is bad. They can not help you if you make a mistake when ordering. There are better places to get a coffee.
