been coming to this very authentic and delicious pho spot for many years. since their only server employee was the owner and the experience has always been 11/10! the food is always on the spot! very fast service and attentive to details! so happy to see this business growing and thriving over the years! not only is the pho amazing the orange chicken is also phenomenal! this is my favorite place to get authentic food... Granted, it has been a while since I last ate at Pho Mania. I first noticed new wait staff but just figured the normal gentleman had the day off. Then I noticed that there were new menus. Figured the owner was stepping up their game. I ordered the same dish I always order #10 Large seafood and upon first taste knew that a new owner had taken over.
