The sandwiches are tasty, but unfortunately this is the second time I have requested specific instructions, only to have them ignored and extras added. I cannot have cheese, yet I received a cheese sandwich. I was charged extra for salami but did not receive it, and there was no oil as requested. Now I am stuck eating chips and soda for lunch. Used to like Jimmy John's. Won't waste my money there again. I ordered a roast beef sandwich. It had 2 very thin slices of roast beef, a ton of pepper and more lettuce than a rabbit could handle in one meal. Too bad you got so skimpy. $12 for a lettuce sandwich.

Maybe I'm just a little biased I'm from Jersey East Coast has the best sense of hands down but for over here they're okay

I am so filled with disappointment to see how far this establishment has fallen. THR night at 530 PM. Took over an hour to receive a sandwich which one would expect bacon and ham. It arrive after an hour Freaky fast right? ... and it contained no meat. the only saving grace was that I had sandwich meat in the fridge. I highly recommend that if you order here you have food in the fridge.
